I have not received the item I have ordered yet despite ordering it at the beginning of last week, which I am really not happy about. their website doesn't leave an email address to contact them with which also doesn't fill me with confidence.
Very poor website. Misleading information. Very argumentative - my fault not theirs!
No delivery of Sunday evening order! It is now the following Saturday! Two items were needed for sick relative - very upset by this service
The colours as shown on your website are not accurate to real life. Unfortunately only find our this once socks arrive. With technology today this should not happen, and is a put off buying on the internet.
No email confirmation so ended up placing a second order, all other online purchases are confirmed by email
Socks bought in the past from the s s have been poor quality.
Was satisfied when I bought in the London shop before but the mail order was a Disappointment. Two out of the six pairs of socks I received were damaged on arrival.
Speedy delivery but not happy with service.
I am yet to receive an email notifying me that my order has been dispatched however funds have been withdrawn from my account
I found their website confusing with so many different options. This resulted in me ordering 18 pairs of socks instead of the 9 pairs I wanted. On going through the procedure in their website I clicked on the colour brown. Further on in the procedure it changed to beige and i could not change this. I did not appreciate the curt manner of their acknowledgement of my complaint. Their pricing was also in dollars with no concersion.
Purchased my product on Friday and paid £6 for next day delivery days in the terms that if it's after 5pm it will get sent out the next day! My product didn't arrive till the Wednesday!
I tried to open an account with them but it would not work and never asked me to set a password so I never received e-mail conformation of my order
Poor delivery on the part of postie. Went to no 11 who were not in so they gave me the ' not delivered' slip. This meant I had to go into Bournemouth to collect. Your package clearly indicated my house number
