Appears error on address occurred when the find address option took over. I never use this option and prefer to trust my own entering but now in a quandary as to how this happened as I never use that option. We visited 2 Croydon Road and we're advised that they have not been in receipt of a package from Sock Shop or addressed to Ken Ross. Aggravated that a pair of socks have caused this much trouble. Am under the impression we are now minus a little over £14.00, no socks and nothing we can do about the situation. So better to leave no comment regarding my experience with Sock Shop and yes the fault lands on my head for not re-check in address input.

I was sent the wrong socks first time which was very annoying especially as I will have to pay postage to return them . I had to reorder not exchange due to me needing them quickly .. The next order was correct and I am very pleased with them

Didnt have what i ordered in stock, so removed it from the order and refunded me. Now if i want to replace that item, i have to place another order and pay for postage. Should have had the decency to call me and discuss possible other products to swap it for instead. dissapointed.
