The booking system was fine. But at the time of replying ie 16.55 Wednesday 16th July the order has NOT ARRIVED so I can't comment any further. It seems I have to rate you before I can submit a reply so I have ticked poor .
Incorrect product sent !!
I ordered my purchase as a gift for my brother. He reported that the gift note I had organised with it, was not with it so he didnt know who it was from. He also mentioned that lots and lots of sticky notes were put in with it? However he said the socks where super!
Ordering process was unnecessarily complicated. Free gift offer wouldn't work with free delivery option. Came very close to placing my order with a different company.

Quick service but I ordered black socks and was given grey ones.
I still have not recieved my items.
The confusion about sizes of underwear abounds. In this case there is a difference between info published on your web site which is presumably referencing the UK sizes, whereas the goods supplied were made for the US market and therefore a little smaller that the UK models with the same size designation. Annoying!
Around Christmas time i had the last six pairs of Bridgedale Summit socks that you had in stock i wanted a further twelve pairs, you said you would email me when they came back in stock but no one ever did i had to phone you several times & keep looking on your web site to discover if they were backing in stock.
Excellent speed of delivery however my message left on the answerphone (per the order confirmation email) asking all identifying information was removed from the parcel was ignored. Therefore my niece who was delighted with the socks knew exactly who'd sent them.
I realised as soon as I hit the button that I ordered the wrong colour and contacted them immediately to be told I had to have them delivered. Would not buy from them again. Very inflexible. Socks *****!
I bought 2 pairs of socks in order to get a sock bag but I never received it.
Quality of socks I bought very poor.
My socks were a completely different colour from the ones shown on your web site. I have returned them with a request for either a refund or to be sent the correct colour and, as yet, have heard nothing.
I would have been happy with my purchase, had I not seen the exact same product in Wickes DIY shop the day after they arrived for approximately half the price!!
