LOOK INTO THE DIABETIC SOCKS THEY ARE SELLING. DIDN'T STAY UP AT ALL AND THE PLASTIC THINGS IN THE SOCKS IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE WITHOUT MAKING A HOLE.

One of the socks was too large and the other one was not liked by the recipient so I had to return them(they were gifts). Delivery to me was fine but the returns process is a nightmare. The re was no returns form in the packaging that it came with so I got one on the online return system but it did not send me an email to add to the return. I did download the return form for the post office but now I have to chase up Sockshop for a return form. What a waste of time.

service is good but I have e-mailed you to say the sock are no good as the have a hole in after 2 days of wear. I am fairly had ons socks but expect them to last at least a year. I do go to the chiropodist so my toe nails are properly looked after . I also asked you on my e-mail to recommend a sock, as although I am not diabetic I do suffer with circulation problems. I have only worn one pair out of three and would like to send the other two pairs as they are not suitable.

These tights are not very good quality. My granddaughter came home each day with a great big hole in crutch of tights nearly used the 5 pair I bought. Would not buy again.

The socks keep falling down and are not worth the money. They are now all in the bin. Does not meet my expectations. In this case, the socks mentioned did not live up to their advertised quality and ended up being thrown away. Their women's stock designs are pathetic. Full of pink child like patterns. Their men's stock patterns are so much better and professional. In 2023 I can't believe companies are still associating pink with women's accessories.
