Socks arrived on time

I live in Spain so the postage is international but I ordered my items 2 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. This is because The Sock Shop use the normal postal system and do not send items with any kind of special delivery service so cannot be tracked. It is a shame because I know the items are good, I have ordered some of the men’s tops for my husband, but when you are spending more than £75 on an order, you want to know that it will definitely arrived. I actually cannot even see evidence of my order in my account on The Sock Shop website. Hopefully this feedback will help to change something for international deliveries.

They did offer a redundant and the online chat was helpful too - but unfortunately did not respond to the issue that the product sent was different to the one ordered.

good delivery, accurately tracked. But they won't accept returns of items that have been worn, even tho that's the only way to find out that they don't fit
