I bought these socks in a 6.5-8.5 for my 3 year old as my 6 year old has the 9-12. I received some 9-12 despite ordering the smaller size but noticed both sizes of socks are exactly the same size anyway and there’s no way they will fit my smallest daughter. Got in touch with someone on chat who said I would be emailed about this but still haven’t heard anything. Poor product and customer service
sent the wrong socks didnt resolve the matter Just tried to use the returns procedure - too complicated. had enough of jumping through hoops to return It's ridiculous when all they really need to do is give me the address to send it to instead of involving the royal mail and their complex procedure and extra charges - In future I will not use sock shop I will wear these socks that I don't want and never use them again BYE BYE
Disgraceful. Don’t make and official complaint on their misleading advertising because I don’t want to waste my time!

Good the first time, but unable to order a second pair as a spurious postcode which I did not enter kept showing up on the payment system.
Very bad not helpful at all and they don't seem to be bothered either
Ordered some socks but they never arrived tried to it sorted by email, just said they were delivered, can't speak to a living person to sort it out.
My order was not delivered and when I contacted customer service they were acting like I was denying receiving a £9 pair of socks
I ordered a pair of socks for my daughter, I had typed khaki into the search. I quickly rushed through the order not checking which is my fault. I saw the order was incorrect straight away. I got straight onto customer service, who said there nothing that can be done and was quite dismissive. Socks arrived incorrect and the only way to fix it was to take them to a post office and return at my cost.
First and last time shopping with Sockshop Pringle products are good , I’ll just source elsewhere in future. The customer service person Zoe is where any complaints start and finish and she’s always right.!!! They would do better to drop the free gift when you spend a certain amount altogether to save the disappointment when it’s not received and it will absolutely be your fault you didn’t receive it because Zoe said so. Tbh, they might do better dropping Zoe too as customer service isn’t really her forte.
These socks should be advertised now as 50% thinner. So in that regard the service I received is utterly deplorable. What makes it worse is you cannot even complain via an email to this company
Sent the wrong socks and customer service are impossible to contact. When you do chat to thrm the char falls off and you have to start again. Then nothing happens for weeks. Weeks later I do jot have the product I ordered.
Sock not suitable no support to return item. Not sure if this is a real company

I had was sent the wrong item I found it extremely difficult to sort out the returns and had a negative experience with customer service. They incompetence caused me a lot of inconvenience
