Unfortunately they only arrived 29th Dec even though I paid for Express delivery. ☹

Your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 22nd, after which there was 2 days of Royal Mail Strikes and then Christmas day which will account for this delay. As stated on our delivery page Priority tracked is not guaranteed. Apologies, SOCKSHOP

I placed my order 7 days ago now and the order still has not arrived even though I paid for delivery guaranteed within 48 hours. Even taking in to account the Christmas dates it's still not arrived within the time I paid for.

Don’t offer 24hr delivery if you can’t guarantee it then hide behind small print

Ordered item on Thursday for 48 hour delivery, it was for my holiday. Today is Wednesday and item still not been received and I leave tomorrow morning! So yea, thanks sockshop, great 1st impression!

It could improve by not using Royal Mail as if I am out they take it back to the local office which has very short opening hours so difficult to get parcel.

I pair Damaged on arrival. Had snag in. Very short in leg with uncomfortable waste band. Too wide a guage knit so they just look cheap / see through and will clearly snag on everything. A shame because I love wearing bamboo and hate nylon tights. Returning,

My socks took longer than I anticipated to arrive so I rang the helpline to enquire. The young woman who answered had a terrible uninterested manner and was not at all helpful. Very disappointed.
