As mentioned in a previous review I didn’t receive the free large boxers which prompted me to buy the pyjamas in the first place. The quality of the products offered and the timely delivery however does somewhat make up for it. But I’d still appreciate these boxers if possible.
Good service and quick postage
The delivery was OK.
Will wait and see how faulty trousers are sorted.
Not overly impressed, arrived very creased. The material is very thin, not suitable for winter, to be honest they look like pyjama bottoms. Might be ok for summer/spring around the house. Would purchase again & would be inclined to spend more & get something thicker for the time of year.
I was disappointed with the material given the price. I was hoping they would be thicker and softer.
Service was fairly good.
I still waiting for a decision about a full refund.
Very speedy delivery
The socks were well presented. The wait for delivery was longer than I normally experience but this was not important to me.
always excellent service with good variety in type and length
The quality of these bamboo socks was thinner than the previous orders we have bought over the past several years. We both wear them so we are disappointed. I will also say the men’s had sock shop written on each sock in red & the women’s in grey. Very useful in the laundry basket, unfortunately the men’s logo is also in grey.
Despite difficulties with actually placing the order on the website. The socks are very high quality.
