Very speedy delivery
The socks were well presented. The wait for delivery was longer than I normally experience but this was not important to me.
always excellent service with good variety in type and length
The quality of these bamboo socks was thinner than the previous orders we have bought over the past several years. We both wear them so we are disappointed. I will also say the men’s had sock shop written on each sock in red & the women’s in grey. Very useful in the laundry basket, unfortunately the men’s logo is also in grey.
Despite difficulties with actually placing the order on the website. The socks are very high quality.

The 5 pack black socks were not as good as I had hoped they would be.
No phone number and live chat leaves a lot to be desired as they can't help at all. Email responses have been adequate.
I have not received socks yet and its has been one week......... Not very happy............
The service was helpful, the person on the chat helped me to return them as I don’t have a printer for the returns label
The website advertises these socks as one size but on the the packaging they are size 7-11, that is not one size and the person I bought ten for is a U.K. size 4. Sock Shop should advertise them correctly. They’re not bad socks but I’m left very disappointed after paying £3.95 delivery fee.

Overall good but unless I was using the website wrong I got frustrated when filtering and viewing items only to find they were out of stock. I like to filter filter by in stock only as limited time so I can’t afford to waste time, so that puts me off websites like that. I’m not someone who gets tempted by seeing items out of stock that I want to register for when back. In stock I just shop as I need to buy
