Absolute rubbish customer service. Website did not offer a place for me to add a delivery address and just sent to address on Google pay which was incorrect. Even though I messaged and emailed immediately, well within the one hour stated, was still sent to incorrect address. After multiple emails was left with ' maybe current occupier will return' great help, not. Will never use this company again!!
Website description was wrong. Sock composition not as advertised.
Poor customer service when I had a faulty product.
Very disappointing, I have previously had great service but this time not. I ordered a pack of socks on free postage, wrong ones were sent, I returned them and had to pay postage to reorder. Again wrong ones sent. I only ordered at that time because it was free postage and ended up with socks I can’t wear.
I ordered two pairs of socks for my son. Due to sensory issues he struggles with textures. Only one pair arrived., I contacted customer service. I advise anyone not to bother. Indifferent is the only way to describe the attitude. I understand human error. I understand people struggling, I will never understand poor customer service. I have shown their answers to a few people who run successful businesses and they were quite shocked at the passive aggressive responses. You get to converse with head office, customer service and ceo ( must be by the way the two women were behaving) because I was informed that there was no way to complain to anyone else. They were the whole company. However good or bad a product is, how you are treated makes a great deal of difference as to whether the product will be recommended
Have not even received item yet even though I have paid ordered on 7th October. their delivery service appalling

As I mentioned I prefer speaking with a human and was assured I was in contact with a real person. As I explained using an iPad I could not send a photo of my purchase but hopefully will do so here. When my attempt to send a photo failed and the link was lost I expected to be contacted by Sockshop but was not. The product I was attempting to buy comfort cuffs socks is an excellent product and have bought them several times.
Unfortunately I haven’t received them as the initial part of my address was missing and so the post office are sending them back to you
Didn't receive my package and now there are ignoring me email
**** I’ve waited over a week for the items and that does not include the weekend ☹️
A week after ordering still have not received
Refused to send the free gift after spending £50 on socks
Appalling. Computer says no attitude
