I ordered in a Thursday, dispatch email arrived on Friday and Royal Mail o my received the parcel the following Wednesday on48hr delivery. Unfortunately I needed my order for an event on the Thursday so my items d didn’t arrive in time. This time lag wasn’t communicated when ordering. Disappointing
Bought 2 pairs of tights for my daughter. They arrived quickly and felt great but unfortunately with just one days wear they have a hole in them. Very disappointed with the quality. I contacted customer services and was told I could send them back for an exchange but in all honesty I can’t be bothered finding something to post them and going to post office so they will just be binned. I hope the other pair we bought lasts a lot longer.
Nothing wrong with Sockshop's service, just the product! They absolutely do not stay on your feet. Complete waste of money.
I understood as a new customer I qualified for a free gift when placing my order recently. My item arrived but no free socks. I made a telephone call and a member of staff rang me back saying the socks would be sent. Unfortunately they never arrived. I rang again today only to be told I didn’t qualify for the free gift !!! Very disappointed with the lack of good information and service. Will not be using your company again.

if your advertising and selling a product make sure it is what's on the label (smooth seams)
Sockshop doesn't offer to collect VAT for my country unlike many other international shops, so items arrived with claim of both 25% VAT (on top of british VAT already collected at purchase!) and a extra tax worth 13 GBP ... Also fuzzy experience when item is faulty, either way item has to be returned so they will have to refund me for high international postage (worth half of price of item), AND there is an insane paperwork for me to get VAT back from my government.
The grey socks need to be re-photographed to indicate CLEARLY that the pack contains only one grey pair and one black pair. The current photo does show this, but very obscurely.
auch über Zoll informieren und dem Kunden mitteilen musste noch 17€ auf meine Bestellung aufzählen und das nach den Versandgebühren.
more attention to order, sent white socks instead of black ones.

Sell the correct size NOT compression socks in disguise
Sock shop service good, product not as good as expected
I keep ordering plain colours as offered on line and sockes either with coloured heels and toes or a mix of the requested colour is sent
