I'm very disappointed that you gave my data away to this review site for your own benefit, when I had taken every opportunity to opt out of further contact. Any decent & honourable firm would ask for customer consent first. Who knows who else you will give or sell my details to in the future.
Really bad. No communication. Order was cancelled by the seller without any reason and without warning after weeks of waiting for shipment.
Never received item.
We loved SockShop, but sadly the experience as a whole ended up being very bad. Because the delivery company UPS which SockShop uses to deliver the package changed us what amounts to 20% of the cost Price in a handling fee, which we had not been informed of. We used to love SockShop, but they are placed outside of EU it is simply to expensive to buy from them. Especially now with the handling fee from UPS.
I received socks that you hadn't ordered. I’ve returned them to Sock Shop in the hope that they’ll send me the ones that I had ordered. VERY disappointed with service and the means contacting. I would not recommend the company.

I have not received my items
I live in Ireland and last 3 orders were returned by customs without my having an opportunity to pay customs. I had previously received 2 orders with no issue. I've had to send to a UK address and pay extra postage. Please sort out delivery outside of UK, my very sensory daughter loves your socks, I buy all of her socks exclusively from you. The staff I've been helped by have been so helpful and lovely, so the poor rating is only about delivery outside of the UK. Please sort it out x
they had emailed me a tracking number which is not valid
Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t bother to reply more than once and unwilling to accept something has changed. 0/10- wouldn’t recommend.

I was told I could return the unworn undamaged pairs using the original packaging only. I bought 6 pairs for a holiday weeks before I needed them and had thrown the packaging away - who would keep it? Sock shop not interested and would not do anything. No mention of the fact that they might have been faulty. Very disappointing service
