Bit slow in delivery
Easy to order Reasonably quick delivery Product not described adequately or accurately enough on this occasion.
If you review and replace the stock we always get which are thick and of excellent quality I might increase the rating.
Socks came in a bag with sockshop all over, so spoilt the present for my husband

No service as I shopped online
These socks are OK, a bit finer than I had expected. However, my main gripe with Sockshop is that i purchased 5 different types of socks from 3 manufacturers, and they are all virtually the same thickness, construction, quality etc. On closer inspection all three companies are owned by the same organisation and ALL of the socks were made in China, probably in the same factory. Dissapointing. A lack of product deferention.

Website was east to use and the update on shipping was good.
Fast efficient service, however one pair of socks had a hole and the recycled cotton socks bobbled badly after only one use. (I understand why they were reduced now) The New Oxford socks however are wearing well. All products were washed before 1st wear.
Socks were good. although label only had my name, road and postcode, so postman had to guess who to deliver to
Great socks. I ordered on the Saturday but left for the Camino on Wednesday morning. I thought with 48 hour delivery I would be okay sadly they did not turn up in time.
I bought 4 pairs of socks and wore one of them yesterday while travelling for work. They’re comfy socks and I did a lot of walking - around 5.5 miles all in. That’s the positive stuff. On the downside one of them has a hole at my toe. The service was great though and I already have a replacement pair on the way. Overall I’m kinda on the fence right now and don’t know how they’ll be longer term.
