I was offered and accepted a free gift but when I saw the emailing confirming the purchases the free gift was not on the list. I raised this issue with Sockshop and they said: "I have had a look at this and can see that you qualified for the free gift and it was added to the basket. But then you added the discount code which brought the value under the amount to qualify for the free gift and so it was automatically removed. I can then see you added another item (a blue sock) which brought it back up to the amount to qualify, but as the gift was removed, it needed to be added again by clicking the blue box ‘choose your free gift’ as it would not automatically readd itself." I replied on 27 June to say: "Your website is very complicated. I would not have clicked on add your free gift as I had already done so and did not realise until I got your email confirming my order that the free gift was missing. In the circumstances can you not as a goodwill gesture send me the free gift?" They have not replied!

I would have loved to have given five stars but a hole appeared on one sock after only two wears! However, the socks are super soft and so comfortable, you forget you have them on. I would purchase these again as I'm sure, it's just a random fault.
