These shoe liners did not even stay in place long enough for me to leave the house. One wear and straight in the bin. It would have been as effective laying a bit of cloth in the bottom of my shoes.

I ordered banboo shoe liners but they are useless, keep slipping off in my shoes. Would definitely not recommend
