These shoe liners were next to useless. Within about 10 steps, the heel portion had disappeared under my foot: I hauled them back up, but the same thing happened again. I took then off at that point because they were causing discomfort. I am a size 6.5, and they has quite a stretch to fit. 2 stars because the colours were nice, and if they had stayed in place, they would have stopped my shoe slipping up and down - which was why I got them.
