The worst pair of socks I have ever bought! A picture paints a thousand words so here is a photograph of them after being worn once and washed once. Threads everywhere, and a big hole. Appalling quality, avoid.
Really disappointed with these. Even though I bought the correct size, they are loose and baggy. The opening is much wider than the ankle as if they are designed for people with especially large calves. I’ve bought bamboo socks from other retailers before and have never had this issue.

This rating relates not to the products - which are fine - but to problems with the website when ordering and particularly to the abysmal response of Customer Services (Zoe) when trying to sort out a consequent problem of a duplicate order. Clearly she trained in the Putin school of "the customer is always wrong". When she was wrong she was right and when she was right she was right, and when she was neither wrong nor right she was still completely right. Caveat emptor!!
Unfortunately when I received these socks one of them had a hole in it. Not had chance to speak to anybody about it but I hope getting a replacement won’t be an issue
