Multilayered with Coolmax fabric and merino wool for good breathability and a nice ’next to skin’ feeling, these UphillSport 4 Layer Hiking Socks with DryTech are designed and manufactured in Finland, and to bring the best performance out of the materials used. The layers work to maximise the movement of air and moisture, while also enhancing durability.
Different layers, from the closest to the skin serving to transfer moisture out, and subsequent ones keeping feet both dry and at a stable level of warmth combine with a final fourth layer that brings additional protection. UphillSport 4 Layer Hiking Socks with DryTech have a terry half foot, Smooth Linked Toes for smooth seams, a Y-shaped fitted heel and elastic enhanced grip running around the mid-foot, supporting the arch and keeping the socks in place. All UphillSport socks incorporating merino come from mulesing free farming sources.

I have not worn them yet , but I tried one on. It felt very comfortable. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for my husband, the sizing is very generous. He now has 2 pairs of new socks. I am an English size 5 had chose the 5-8 option. I will now be ordering 2 more pairs in the smaller option. There had been some difficulty with the delivery due to an unexplained incorrect post code. The order had been sent back to Sockshop but you were able to make the delivery a few days later. Thank you
Like the fit of these socks only thing that is a bit lacking is heel padding
