For anyone with diabetes, properly fitting, comfortable socks are more than just a luxury, they’re an essential. Specifically designed, these men’s IOMI FootNurse Gentle Grip Diabetic Socks are cotton rich, soft and breathable, with contoured legs and non-binding HoneyComb Tops that hold without exerting pressure or inhibiting blood circulation.
By using flatter Smooth Linked Toes for smooth seams rather than round machined seams, risks of foot irritation or bacterial infection from friction-damaged skin are minimised, while the cotton blend helps manage moisture and control heat, and prevent fungal infection and foot ulcers. IOMI FootNurse Gentle Grip Diabetic Socks come in a single colour triple pack.

If you live with diabetes and you've been diagnosed with a diabetes foot problem, or have any loss of sensation, please speak to your GP to check these foot products are right for you.

WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY
These socks are exceptional with many revellers classifying them as perfect for people suffering from diabetic neuropathy. They've been praised for their superior softness, comfort, and excellent fit. Features like its pleasant fabric, gentle elastic, and wide variety of colour options further enhance the overall experience. Customers were delighted to find that despite regular washing and usage, these socks demonstrated exceptional durability. The prices of these versatile socks never seem to increase, adding to their appeal. Some customers indicated that, surprisingly, even after multiple uses and wash cycles, the quality does not deteriorate but instead holds up well. While they do perform their intended functions remarkably, some customers voiced that a wider range of sizes could improve suitability further. Overall, with their impressive quality and quick delivery times, they've received strong recommendations from most customers.
AI-generated summary of customer reviews
My toenails aren't unkempt and neither do they have sharp edges, yet on the first outing of a pair of these socks a hole developed in the right big toe of my right foot. I was extremely disappointed and decided to buy more socks but this time pay more from Cosytoes. This isn't a one off purchase as I have diabetic neuropathy and have also bought some appropriate footwear for the job.
I can’t review them because I haven’t received them yet?
i bought these because the description stated they wer seamfree to aid people with neuropathyic feet which i suffer badly with but this description was totally misleading because theres a seam around the toe s which meant i couldnt wear them so i paid app £14 including shipping for worthless socks to me and i will never recommend sockshop to anyone
Been buying for a few years, but last couple of orders I have had the heel opened up on the first use. Trying to sort out a return with the Sock Shoe is a nightmare as its online only. No email and no one to call. Just looking at a photo would have solved this, its not like its a cheap shop or anything so it would cost a lot to show your a regular customer like me then want refunds or replacements for what must be faulty socks. It cant be me as I have some which are very old or others that are worn brand new and have no issues.
These socks are NOT fit for purpose especially as they are advertised as Diabetic socks, they slip down the leg and end up in a heap down by the toes. Absolutely useless!!!!!!
As with my previous review, I never received these socks! i will NOT BE RECOMMENDING U or any associated company! Your service is *****!
The Diabetic socks feel very nice around your ankle but the wear and tear is very poor just wearing the socks 3 times and there’s holes in the heals and ankles not very good for the price
These socks were just not wide enough bought them for my husband who has swollen legs far too small
my first comment tells all, holed in 2 days of wear. refund please
The socks proved to be completely unsuitable. My ankles and legs are not swollen, but sensitive to the grip of any socks. Although these socks are described as "Gentle Grip", they proved to be most uncomfortable and I had to take them off after about an hour !
Very thin, knots at ends of smooth seams. I wonder if it has something to do with outsourcing production to Turkey?
Not as comfortable asi thought too tight around the calces
The socks are far to tight overall. The comfort cuff is good but the rest of the sock is far too slim to be tolerable. My nusband lasted ten minutes before he had to remove them. I tried them, having vern slim feet, and they were far too tight on me. I'll be trying to wash them to see if it's a problem caused by their being 'new'. A great shame as I bought these based on the many good reviews. Has the manufacturer changed? I can't understand this serious discrepancy between earlier reviews and out experience.
Lomi socks I bought 6 months ago have all gone into holes, although alternating with wearing many other pairs of socks so they haven't been worn much. I phoned customer service who told me they should have been returned within 30 days so it was too late. Eventually, they said they would report it but I have heard no more.
Poor, too much.matetirlal on underside of toes.
