I received the socks the package was damaged ..a very large hole in it…..I contacted Sockshop on their chat line sent photos of the damaged package and the grubby blue pair that had been exposed. I was told that I would receive an email confirming maybe a small refund. Not even a courtesy email with an apology. On that basis I would NOT recommend this company. Not tried the socks as they need to be washed due to damaged grubby sock.
Great socks, reasonably priced comfortable for people with or without diabetes they have lovely soft bottoms plus comfortable around the ankles leaving no indentations.
One pair of the set are different sizes. I tried to complaine but was timed out when asked for a photo.
Good fit. Soft ad comfortable. My feet are 7.5 to 8 so unisex sizing at 6 to 8.5 much better than standard ladies sizing of 5 up to 7

They have had no effect on my swollen feet and ankles. They just don't do what is claimed. I bought 2 packs costing over £30, for nothing. Hugely disappointed.
Brought for my husband as his legs ache and he's diabetic he has thick legs and they stretch without cutting in. Soft and comfortable.
