I received the socks the package was damaged ..a very large hole in it…..I contacted Sockshop on their chat line sent photos of the damaged package and the grubby blue pair that had been exposed. I was told that I would receive an email confirming maybe a small refund. Not even a courtesy email with an apology. On that basis I would NOT recommend this company. Not tried the socks as they need to be washed due to damaged grubby sock.

I have only worn 1 pair from a 3 pair purchase but I found a small hole in 1 sock after wearing it for around 4/5 hours. It may be a manufacturing fault.

You could make it clear these socks aren't suitable for people who suffer oedema. After a few hours wear they cut deep into my calves causing considerable pain. The cuffs are too tight for me and I have slim legs, there is no obvious oedema until I put these socks on. I tried 2 sizes and both too tight on the cuffs
The socks do have smooth toe seams as claimed. However, they end in a big triangle of yarn and material which rubs against the little toe of each foot.
