The easy stretch knit and extra-wide legs are woven to be non-binding, holding to the contours of every leg shape without pressure or constriction. I'm not diabetic but still, I got the socks. They are perfect and keep my feet dry. For work, I have to stand on my feet all day, and my feet used to hurt, but no more with these socks. The socks keep my feet warm and pain-free.
Best socks I have had for a long time, they are comfortable and they definitely have not caused any issues ie irritation or binding like quite a few other manufacturers socks do, had to cut elastic in order to wear the others. These are excellent ideal for me.
