The easy stretch knit and extra-wide legs are woven to be non-binding, holding to the contours of every leg shape without pressure or constriction. Smooth toe seams and cushioned feet prevent pressure or rubbing which can help to prevent blisters and other skin damage. The breathability and absorbency of bamboo and cotton, enhanced by the foot cushioning, helps control moisture which can also reduce the risk of bacterial and fungal infection.

These are excellent socks. Purchased for my mum as they were recommended by her foot lady. Diabetic socks. Very soft to wear and loose around the ankle but does not fall down. No toe seams so no friction under your foot. Not much thicker than an M&S cotton sock so you can still wear them with your fave shoe and not be cramped.

They are lovely soft socks, could do with a smaller size as I have size 3 feet they were a bit big
Whilst not diabetic, I elected to give these a try as normal elasticated socks tend to dig into my ankles. Very pleased with this decision. The socks fit well, are incredibly comfortable, my feet do not sweat excessively as has been the case with cheaper socks and the 'diabetic' style cuffs grip my ankle comfortably without leaving marks once removed. I cannot speak to the long term durability but will be testing this in the coming months with the strong hope that these socks will be able to replace my entire sock drawer.
