Just what I was looking for, since my socks were too tight around my legs causing a significant dip and possibly inhibiting return of blood from my feet and increasing swelling. The knit is quite loose and the fibres rather vulnerable to getting snagged on things.

Check sizing very carefully before you buy - they come quite large! They are super soft and cosy. It would be nice to have the option of brighter colours and patterns.

My husband is trying these but they seem to slip off his feet so not sure if he is completely happy - time will tell as he has 6 pairs!
