I have placed 2 orders forSockshop gentle gip. The 2 pairs I received on the first order were not gentle grip I did not return them because I thought it was my fault. I found it very difficult to find the socks I wanted as all descriptions cantain the word gentle. I placed my second order fr another 2 pairs having found what I hoped woud be the one's wanted and ordered 2 pairs of what I thought was different col.ours of gentle gripon opening only onme pair was gentle grip. The label on the socks I am trying to order have in lower case very large words gentle grip in black on a white background I have not returned the wrong pair for exchange as I my get the wrong pair again. Out of 4 pairs of socks I only can wear 1 pair
