Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered £50 of socks to qualify for free gift. It was never sent. I contacted customer services and they refused to send the free gift.

The Jeep Terrain boot socks are good ie good fit and comfy,wash well; however the space where you put them on needs to be bigger for people with wide or swollen feet. Could you make an extra wide ie where the elastic/opening is?
