I ordered 7 pairs of these. 5 pairs immediately got holes after being worn once or twice. All look very worn and bobbly after being washed. Returns procedure was a bit of a hassle - wouldn't recommend the product or the company

I was delighted with my first purchase of (black) Bamboo Socks with Smooth Toe Seams - lightweight and comfortable when I turned the top elasticated seam down to rest upon my ankles. However, I was NOT aware that their coloured versions have (1) their "SOCKSHOP" logo emblazoned on the soles and (2) the inner lining is coloured differently to the outer layer. Totoally useless to wear with shorts or with any form of matching trousers.

They all have holes on the toes after a couple of wears. I have emailed the company and they just ignore you. Would not waste your money.

I have purchased this item for many years and kids socks loose their shape and go thin quickly . Then the promise of a free gift did not materialise as I apparently had to click some random box at checkout which I didn’t see /knew . So no gift ( I contacted customer service and their response is you didn’t click you don’t get it !-) .

They were cheap. One pair lasted one day. I walked around meetings in London and did 13,000 steps. Took shoe off at end of day and to my shock both toes had worn through. I have had socks for 5 years this hasn’t happened to. Should be refunded. Definitely won’t buy again. They last a few wears only.

First, I ordered 4 pairs for £9.99 and second, they have not yet arrived. The price is excellent, but not if they fail to be delivered. I am concerned you think I ordered one pair. In any event, none have been delivered.
