The design of these Workforce Long Socks uses Heat Holders’ maximum thickness knit to deliver a proven tog rating of 2.3 warmth for feet and legs — that’s more than seven times warmer than basic cotton socks. They’re made using a specially developed heavy bulk yarn, which has extreme thermal qualities, knitted into socks with long pile cushioning inside. That cushioning is then intensively brushed in a UK-patented process to make sure that they’re unbeatably warm, able to grab and trap warm air in their brushed fibres.
Better yet, Heat Holders are made with non-binding tops, so they are both comfortable for long days of wear and also diabetic friendly, providing relief when feet are cold due to circulation problems.
